The trade partner program
Halyard maintains a bench of prequalified subcontractors we invite to bid on the specialized scopes of our projects. If you run a crew that does this work well and carries the right coverage, we want to know who you are.
Getting on that list starts with prequalification. It's paperwork, but it's the same paperwork any general contractor will ask for. Once it's on file, you're in the rotation.

What prequalification requires: Four documents. Your insurance agent can provide the first three, and your accountant the last. We will reach out to obtain these documents.
Certificate of General Liability Insurance
Workers' Compensation certificate, if you have employees
Michigan Workers' Compensation Exclusion Form, if you're a sole proprietor
W-9, with the name matching your insurance
